About the Role
The HR Generalist will be responsible for the day-to-day management of HR operations, supporting the employee lifecycle, ensuring the company’s HR programs and strategies are implemented effectively. This role is reporting to the CPO, and covers a broad range of HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Onboarding & Hiring, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, HR Administration & Projects, Compensation & Benefits Coordination, and HR Analytics.

The candidate will be involved in:

1) Talent Acquisition

  • Assist end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, interviewing, selecting, and hiring great talent, for both commercial & tech roles
  • Coordinate talent attraction initiatives and assist CPO in implementing recruitment strategies aligned with company goals to attract top talent
  • Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring

2) Onboarding & Hiring

  • Coordinate new hire onboarding to ensure a smooth transition into the company
  • Collaborate with other teams (IT, Facilities, etc.) to ensure all necessary resources are ready for new hires
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements during the onboarding process
  • Maintain and update job descriptions and onboarding documents

3) Learning & Development

  • Assist in the identification of training needs across departments
  • Coordinate internal and external training sessions for employee development
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and employee development initiatives
  • Support performance management processes by tracking employee development goals

4) Employee Engagement

  • Promote a positive organisational culture and enhance employee morale
  • Assist in the design and implementation of  employee engagement initiatives to improve satisfaction and retention
  • Address employee concerns and escalate issues when necessary
  • Conduct regular surveys and feedback mechanisms to monitor employee engagement levels

e) HR Administration & Projects

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems, ensuring compliance with privacy and data protection laws
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Participate in HR projects such as workforce planning and policy reviews
  • Ensure all HR documentation is accurate and up to date

5) Compensation & Benefits Coordination

  • Assist in administering compensation structures and benefits programs
  • Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate compensation processing
  • Conduct research on market trends and assist in adjusting compensation to stay competitive
  • Provide support in employee benefits programs, ensuring employees have the information they need

6) HR Analytics

  • Collect, analyse, and interpret HR data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Track HR KPIs, such as employee turnover, retention rates, and performance metrics
  • Prepare reports and presentations for HR leadership on key metrics and trends

Requirements

The ideal candidate possess:

  • 4-6 years of experience in HR, with knowledge of multiple HR functional areas (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits etc.)
  • Bachelor's & Master’s degree in HR Management or a related field (preferred)
  • Solid know-how in talent acquisition
  • Proven experience in handling end-to-end HR processes, supporting employee lifecycle
  • Solid knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and HRIS systems
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
